BY STATE – EVERY PROJECT, EVERY MEMBER, EVERY DOLLAR
Earmarks, state by state
This is the federal earmark database: 8,311 enacted FY2026 projects totaling $15.49B, plus the FY2027 projects written into the House bills so far, searchable by state, city, member of Congress, and bill. Earmarks are the named local projects written into each appropriations bill. Congress calls them Community Project Funding in the House and Congressionally Directed Spending in the Senate, but they are earmarks. Every item links to the official document it came from.
Not law yet: from House bills still moving (some passed the House, some only committee). Amounts can change.
Hover or tap a state to see its earmarks: the project, the city, the member who requested it, and the amount. House items are Community Project Funding and Senate items are Congressionally Directed Spending. Every item links to its official source.
