Earmarks, state by state
Earmarks are the named local projects written into each federal appropriations bill. Congress officially calls them Community Project Funding (CPF) in the House and Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) in the Senate, but they are earmarks. Each item below links to the official page it came from. For FY2026 this map lists 8,342 projects totaling about $16.66B, drawn from the official disclosure tables.
Hover or tap a state to see its earmarks: the project, the city, the member who requested it, and the amount. House items are Community Project Funding and Senate items are Congressionally Directed Spending. Every item links to its official source.
All nine FY2026 disclosure tables are loaded in full. FY2027 shows House-passed Community Project Funding so far; those amounts are not enacted and grow as bills move.
